If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, we may attempt to process the subscription using discounted payment options, which includes $29.99, $19.99, and $9.99. Additionally, an administrative fee of up to $3.00 may be added to the subscription balance until either the full subscription fee or a discounted subscription fee is successfully charged.
